National Simultaneous Storytime

On Wednesday 22 May, join in National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) and share the joys and benefits of reading with others across Australia. 

NSS is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association.  Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country. 

Join us at Bowral Library on Wednesday 22 May 2024 where we will read Bowerbird Blues written by Aura Parker, starring a beautiful Bowerbird on the search for blue!  It’s a moving story of longing and connection, that unfolds as the Bowerbird’s search sends him soaring across the sea, sky and city.
