Event Toolkit and Planning Guide
We've created an Event Toolkit and Planning Guide to help you plan your event. This guide provides guidance on key responsibilities and highlights the statutory approvals that may be required. It is designed to help promote public safety across Wingecarribee Shire’s public spaces and support the sustainable use and management of our parks, reserves and venues.
The guide aligns with Council’s event application and approval processes, covering a range of event types from low-impact community events through to larger-scale activations. It includes practical information, checklists and resources to assist you throughout the planning process.
Please note that this guide is intended as a general resource and may not cover every requirement. Event organisers are responsible for ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained and that legislative requirements are met.
View out Event Toolkit and Planning Guide as a flipbook below, or view and download a PDF version(PDF, 2MB).
The Event Organiser's Checklist
The Event Organiser’s Checklist will walk you through the key points to organise your event. It will help ensure you have covered off on all of the elements to run a safe and successful event in Wingecarribee Shire.
The details of our event organiser checklist are outlined below, or you can download a PDF version of the Event Organisers Checklist here(PDF, 347KB).
