My Bin Day

• Type your address into the search field. It should start to suggest address options based on what you type in.
• Select your address from the options provided.
• Your next bin pick up date will appear along with a graphic depicting what coloured bins will be collected on that date, and collection zone details (Week A or B).

To find out whether your collection zone is Week A or Week B, simply enter your address into the BinDay application.

The App will provide the details of your next collection including;

• Date of the next collection
• Type(s) of waste to be collected (General, Recycling or Organics)
• Your Collection Zone/Week including the day and if you are Week A or Week B

Alternatively, you may wish to call the JR Richards Waste hotline 1300 133 969. 

Error message: The property address you searched does not currently receive a Waste Service. If you’d like to find out more about waste services, please call 1300 680 888.

If your address doesn't show collection details in the BinDay app, it is usually for one of two reasons:

• Service Availability: We may be unable to provide a domestic waste service to your specific address location.

• Rate Payments: Your property rates do not currently include a domestic waste service fee.

If you believe your property should be receiving a service, please contact our Waste Services team on 1300 680 888.

Fortnightly red lid General Waste bin service follows the same schedule as your yellow lid Recycling Bin collection.

Please note your red lid general waste bin will ONLY be collected fortnightly on the same week as your yellow bin. Please place your red lid general waste collection bin for fortnightly collection with your yellow lid recycling bin.

Your green lid organics waste bin will be collected on the alternate weeks by itself.
