The development application may be inspected at Councils Offices (68 Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale), during ordinary office hours (8.30am to 4.30pm) Mondays to Fridays inclusive from 17/06/2026 – 17/07/2026. The application will also be available on Councils Website during this period. 

Further information on the proposal can be obtained by contacting Council on 4868 0888 or alternatively by email at mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au. Any person during the period may make a written submission in relation to the development application to the consent authority. 

Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager, Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141, Moss Vale 2577. Where a submission is made by way of an objection the grounds of objection are required to be specified in the submission. 

All written submissions in respect of the proposed development which are received during the above period of public exhibition will be taken into consideration by the consent authority prior to any determination of the Development Application. 

If you make a submission on this proposal, you must complete the Disclosure Statement of Political Donations and Gifts: 

•  Political donations of $1,000 or more (or smaller donations totaling $1,000 or more); or 

•  Gifts as defined by the Election Funding and Disclosures Act 1981 

made in the two years prior to the application date by you or any person who has a financial interest in the application (this is available from the Council or website  www.wsc.nsw.gov.au). 

Information about Council’s Privacy Management Plan required under the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998 is available from Council.
