Wingecarribee Shire Council has developed the Public Toilet Plan to help the Council manage its public toilets sustainably and effectively, and to provide guidance on future provision, development, and maintenance of public toilets in the Shire. Council adopted this Public Toilet Plan on 17 September 2025.
While the Public Toilet Plan is not a statutory document, it will be used to provide an overall framework for the consistent management of public toilets, including management plans, providing general development guidelines, identifying the need for additional facilities to meet demographic changes, and identifying appropriate levels of service for various categories of public toilets.
