Film Screening - Ticketyboo 

Ticketyboo: a Secret in Plain Sight is an artistic feature documentary exploring the deeply personal struggle of staying connected to a loved one with dementia. It’s a social impact film empowering us with ways to demystify the disease when a dementia diagnosis lands in a family like a hand grenade.  

There will be an opportunity to spend some time discussing the film after the screening.

Heart Health Group Activity Classes - Annesley Lifestyle Centre 

Annesley Lifestyle Centre is the only dedicated over 55's Health & Wellness Centre in the Southern Highlands. As part of Seniors Festival, they are offering seniors in the Wingecarribee Shire the opportunity to come and try their group activity classes for free. All levels of fitness are welcome from beginners to advanced; a brief activity health screening will be done prior to the classes.
