Council’s Administrator, Mr Viv May PSM, has called the Extraordinary Meeting in order for the 2023/24 draft financial statements to be considered and released for audit by the Audit Office of NSW. Additional urgent business matters may also be considered. The Meeting will be held on Monday 9 September at 3.30 pm and can be viewed by live stream on this website.

Southern Highlands Community Transport (SHCT) is a not-for-profit community transport service. Wingecarribee Shire Council do not directly provide this service.
In early 2022, SHCT merged with South West Community Transport.
SHCT is jointly funded by Federal and State Governments under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and the Community Transport Program. Council also supports this service by providing two fully serviced and maintained buses. A number of their vehicles are wheelchair accessible and fitted with a hoist.
The services offered by SHCT are perfect for community members who have difficulties using public transport or do not have their own transportation.
