Development Forum Series 2024

Wingecarribee Shire Council are proud to announce the first two dates in our series of development forums throughout 2024. The forums were created to support and engage with the community within the Shire when it comes to Local Government planning and development processes.  

The forums will cover:

• the building approval process (including combined development application types)
• will allow for Q&A with the Development Leadership Team
• will highlight new policies
• will offer insights into the future planning landscape of the Wingecarribee Shire. 

Forum 1 to be held 6 March 4:30 pm at the Moss Vale Civic Centre is designed for Industry and Professionals.  

Forum 2 to be held the following week, 13 March 6.00 pm at the Moss Vale Civic Centre is for owner/builders who are embarking on their first build and are unsure of the process.

Both forums will include expected timelines and who to contact during the assessment process.
