Aqua Aerobics Group Activity Classes - Annesley Lifestyle Centre 

Annesley Lifestyle Centre is the only dedicated over 55's Health & Wellness Centre in the Southern Highlands. As part of Seniors Festival, they are offering seniors in the Wingecarribee Shire the opportunity to come and try their group activity classes for free. All levels of fitness are welcome from beginners to advanced; a brief activity health screening will be done prior to the classes.

Death Café with Patsy 

At a Death Cafe people gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. Directed by a trained Facilitator, the aim is ‘to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives’ – A discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.
