Request to change or remove an Additional Bin - Strata and Non-Strata

Step 1.Before you start read our acknowledgement

• Proof of authority/Third Party Applications: If Council records do not list you as the property owner or authorised agent, you must provide proof in the form requested by Council staff before any changes can be made. Written authorisation must be provided. Without this, the application will not be processed. You will be able to upload this within the form, look for Third party Applicant Consent Documentation.
• Service availability: Council collection services depend on location and truck access. You will be notified if a service is not available.
• Bin delivery: Bins will be delivered within 5 working days from the approval date of this application.
• Charges: Charges will apply according to your selection. They will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis and reflected on any notices issued for the remainder of the year. 
• Service fee: A $60.00 fee may apply if more than one service change is made within a rating year. (New owners are exempt.)
• Waste storage: All waste and bins must be stored within the property between collections.
• Application requirements: To avoid delays, the form must be fully completed, signed, and all required documentation attached.
