Renwick Community Centre Goes Keyless: Enhancing Access and Experience

Wingecarribee Shire Council is excited to introduce keyless access at the Renwick Community Centre, as part of its commitment to improving customer experience and digitising services.  

Through Council’s online booking system, Bookable, customers will now receive a unique PIN code via email that provides access to the centre based on their booking details. This means no more physical keys, just secure, streamlined access tailored to your booking. 

The upgrade enhances security with a new PIN for every booking, improves convenience for hirers, and creates a smoother overall experience for community use. 

This is the next step in our digital transformation journey, and we plan to roll out keyless access to all Council-managed halls over the coming years.
