Background
The existing timber retaining wall and fencing is in poor condition and requires replacement. Council has undertaken a new retaining wall design to replace the timber material with a besser block style along the property boundary, creating a small outdoor courtyard.
Scope of Works
Works related to this project include:
- Vegetation removal
- New blockwork retaining wall
- Associated concreting and drainage works
- Creation of an extended courtyard area
- New Colourbond fencing
