Make a Difference Week 2026: Lake Alexandra

As part of Make a Difference Week, we’re coming together to care for our local environment—and you’re invited to join us!

Come along for a rewarding morning of Bushcare and Track clearing at Mount Alexandra Reserve Mittagong, where we’ll be removing invasive plants and helping native species thrive again.

It’s a great way to give back to nature, meet like-minded people, and make a real, visible impact in your backyard.

No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm!

Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole session, your help will make a difference. Let’s work together to keep Lake Alexandra Reserve healthy and thriving

What to bring:

• Drinking Water
• Hat, closed-toed shoes, long sleeves and pants.

What we'll provide:

• All tools and equipment
• Sunscreen and insect repellent
• Knowledge and experience

Morning tea will be provided. If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact the organiser via email.
