From Monday 3 August, the Customer Experience front counter and contact centre will be open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm. Calls after 4:00pm will be handled by Council's after-hours service, with urgent matters continuing to be supported. Many customer transactions can also be completed online via Council's website.

We support Clean up Australia Day each year by providing registered clean-ups and free disposal at the Resource Recovery Centre or the option to request a site-specific collection.
To take part
For the participants who register and have opted in for their waste to be collected, Wingecarribee Shire Council will be collecting items the following week of the event. Please inform us if there has been items missed and we will endeavour to collect them in a timely manner.
