Managing the project is Blue Sox Group in collaboration with Turner.

The Proposal is an adaptive re-use of the Berrima Gaol and includes:

  • Boutique Hotel Facility: Approximately 60 rooms to accommodate visitors
  • Signature Restaurant and Bar
  • Wellness Centre: Spa and gym facilities
  • Function Space and Meeting Rooms
  • Boutique Retail Outlets
  • Working Garden
  • Guest Accommodation
  • Car Parking: may double as event spaces
