Rates Certificate Application

Use this form to apply for a Section 603 Certificate or Special Water Meter Reading Certificate.

These certificates provide details of any rates, charges or other property-related amounts due or payable to Council for a parcel of land.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your certificate to be issued, although a Special Water Meter Reading Certificate may take longer if Council is unable to access the water meter.

Step 1.Read the terms and conditions

  • Ensure all details are correct before placing an application (i.e. certificate type, legal description (Lot and DP/SP number) of the land, property address, a valid email address). This email address will be used to send you the certificate
  • Council is unable to issue refunds for incorrectly entered information, duplicate applications, or for change of mind.
