- Complying with the development neighbour notification
You must upload a copy of the following documents with your application in the supporting documents section of our online form:
- Copy of a driver's licence or other government-issued photo ID
- Rates notice

You will need to provide additional details about your property with this application, including the Lot, Section, and DP (Deposited Plan)/SP (Strata Plan) details. You can locate this information using theNSW Planning Portal Spatial Viewer.
