From Monday 3 August, the Customer Experience front counter and contact centre will be open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm. Calls after 4:00pm will be handled by Council's after-hours service, with urgent matters continuing to be supported. Many customer transactions can also be completed online via Council's website.
