Upcoming Water Meter Checks: What You Need to Know

Wingecarribee Shire Council’s next round of water meter readings will begin on Monday, 28 July 2025. The process is expected to take approximately two weeks and may include some weekend work. 

If access to your water meter is blocked by plants, outdoor furniture, or garden clutter, now’s the time to clear the area. A clear meter helps Council staff take accurate readings quickly and safely. 

Accurate readings help ensure correct billing, and they can also detect hidden leaks early, helping you avoid costly repairs and save water.
