September 2025 Ordinary Council Meeting

Wingecarribee Shire Council will hold an Ordinary Council Meeting on Wednesday 17 September, from 3.30 pm.

Council will hold a Public Forum prior to the start of the meeting at 2.30 pm. The Public Forum provides an opportunity for the public to speak on any item on Council’s agenda.  

Applications to speak at the Public Forum must be submitted by 4.30pm on Monday, 15 September 2025. Register to speak:

Confidential Items - Closed Session 

Some matters cannot be discussed in public for legal, commercial or privacy reasons. These items are debated in a closed session, which is standard practice across councils. 

At this meeting, the closed session will include consideration the General Manager’s Annual Performance Review, which fall under the category of personnel matters concerning particular individuals as outlined in Section 10A(2) of the Local Government Act 1993. 

Decisions made in the closed session are reported back to the public once the meeting returns to open session, ensuring transparency while protecting sensitive information.
