Planned Telephone Service Interruption, Tuesday 28 July 2026

Wingecarribee Shire Council will be undertaking a planned telecommunications upgrade on Tuesday 28 July 2026. 

The upgrade involves migrating Council's telephone services to a new telecommunications platform and will occur between 8:00am and 12:00pm. 

During this period, customers may experience temporary difficulties contacting Council via direct telephone numbers while services are transferred. 

Council staff and telecommunications providers will be working to minimise disruption and restore services as quickly as possible. 

Importantly, Council's Customer Contact Centre remains operational, and customer enquiries will continue to be managed throughout the migration period.
