Wingecarribee Shire Council is inviting the community to share feedback on Council services and facilities through its Community Satisfaction Survey launching on Monday 12 January 2026.

The survey will be conducted by independent research agency Micromex Research over a two-week period, from Monday 12 January to Saturday 24 January 2026.

The survey forms part of Council’s commitment to reviewing its performance and improving the way services are delivered to the community.

Your feedback helps Council understand what is working well, where services can be improved, and what matters most to the community as we plan and prioritise future service delivery.

The Community Satisfaction Survey gathers community insights on:

  • Satisfaction with Council’s overall services and facilities
  • Perceptions of Council’s overall performance
  • Community priorities for service delivery
  • Ideas to improve how Council delivers services

A random selection of approximately 400 residents will be contacted by phone to participate. Residents who are selected can expect calls from (02) 8358 5770 on either a mobile or landline.

Information gathered from the survey will be reported back to Council and used to guide the delivery of future services and improvements.

Micromex Research will not ask for your bank details, passwords or payment information as part of this survey. If you’re ever unsure about a call, hang up and contact Council on 02 4868 0888 or email mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au
