The 2025 festival will take place from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm each day from Friday 12 September to Monday 6 October 2025, with extended hours on Saturdays until 6.00 pm.
The Tulip Time Festival is held every year in Spring in the Southern Highlands to pay homage to the enigmatic tulip – its range, shape, colour and allure. The focus of Tulip Time is the spectacular floral display of 80,000 hand-planted tulips and annuals.
Tickets are now on sale and will also be available for purchase both online and at the gate via EFT and Credit Card. No Cash Sales.

All residents of the Wingecarribee Shire can attend Tulip Time for free, with no bookings required. There is a dedicated 'locals' entry via the Merrigang Street gate, alongside the Coaches/Groups entry. Proof of residency must be shown on entry.
If you are a Highlands residents, visits to Corbett Gardens throughout Tulip Time can be made as often as you like by using the Merrigang Street gate. Please remember to leave your furry friends at home during the festival, as animals are not permitted in Corbett Gardens during the event.
Dogs Day Out will return as part of the festival on 29 September 2025 and we encourage all visitors to bring along their pets on this very special event day.
Couch/Group bookings
Organised groups of 20 people or more are eligible for discounted tickets (tickets must be purchased in a single transaction) and are provided with a designated entry point to Corbett Gardens close to the drop off/pick up zone for coaches and buses.

Tulips After Dark - The Secret Garden at The Mill

Looking for something to do in the evenings at Tulip Time. Follow the ‘tulip trail’ from Corbett Gardens to The Mill in Bowral and step into an enchanted wonderland, where the magic continues after sunset.
The Mill Courtyard is transforming into a whimsical Secret Garden, inspired by the charm of Alice in Wonderland, complete with twinkling lights, lush décor, and the warm spirit of the Southern Highlands.
As the sun sets over Bowral, Tulips After Dark Secret Garden offers a relaxed, welcoming escape filled with laughter, music, and local flavour. It’s your chance to linger a little longer, explore local makers, and enjoy the Southern Highlands in full bloom.
