The 2025 festival will take place from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm each day from Friday 12 September to Monday 6 October 2025, with extended hours on Saturdays until 6.00 pm.

The Tulip Time Festival is held every year in Spring in the Southern Highlands to pay homage to the enigmatic tulip – its range, shape, colour and allure. The focus of Tulip Time is the spectacular floral display of 80,000 hand-planted tulips and annuals.

Tulips are also featured in many of the private gardens open to the public during Tulip Time. Other spots to photograph tulips include the Southern Highlands Visitor Information Centre and Leighton Gardens in Moss Vale.
