Use our eServices platform to determine whether any outstanding orders or notices have been issued by Council in respect of the subject land pursuant to Schedule 5 Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 & Section 735A Local Government Act 1993.

Before you proceed: Ensure all details are correct before placing an application (i.e. certificate type, legal description (Lot and DP/SP number) of the land, property address, a valid email address). This email address will be used to send you the certificate. Council is unable to issue refunds for incorrectly entered information, duplicate applications, or for change of mind.
