Community Satisfaction Survey Taking Place Over Next 2 weeks
Published on 17 June 2024
Starting from Thursday 20 June, our Community Satisfaction Survey is taking place across the Shire.
Conducted by independent research agency Micromex Consulting over a two-week period, this randomised telephone survey takes place every two years. The survey is designed to be statistically valid and gathers feedback from residents across the Shire to ensure Wingecarribee Shire Council meets the evolving needs of the community.
Duration: 20 June to 4 July 2024
Survey method: Random phone calls to over 400 residents (mobile and landlines)
By participating, residents have the opportunity to influence Council's decision-making. Resident feedback provides valuable information on service satisfaction and helps Council prioritise initiatives that benefit the entire community.
Residents should expect calls from "02 9127 2353" (on either a mobile or landline) during the survey period. If you are contacted, please take the time to share your thoughts and experiences to contribute to the success of the survey.
For more information on the Community Satisfaction Survey, visit the Council website: https://www.wsc.nsw.gov.au/Places/Participate/Community-Research. You can also contact Micromex Consulting at 02 4352 2388 or visit their website at Micromex Consulting.
Wingecarribee Shire Council values resident feedback and encourages participating residents to share their thoughts about Council services and activities.
Results from the survey will be benchmarked against results obtained from previous Community Satisfaction Surveys.
