To celebrate National Eucalyptus Day we held our annual Eucalyptus Photography Competition, back for it's second year.

Eucalyptus trees are some of the most majestic and diverse species of trees in the world. Their striking shapes, unique bark textures, varieties and hues are some of the many reasons they're so cherished and admired.

We asked you to capture their beauty from any angle and share their magnificence through your camera lens, and you didn't disappoint.

The winners were announced on Sunday 23 March at our Earth Hour Giving Back to Nature: Planting Day event at Jordon's Crossing in Bundanoon. (Winners have been contacted).

Prize categories:

- Open, presented with a Eucalyptus cinerea, commonly known as red flowering gum.

- High School age, presented with a voucher for local nursery.

- Primary School age, presented with a voucher for a local nursery.

We've loved seeing all your photos of our beautiful Southern Highlands Eucalyptus Trees.
