Bond Lodgement and Release

  Complete the Bond lodgement or release form below for the lodgement or release of bonds related to development works for example

  • Defects and Liability Bond
  • Incomplete Works Bond
  • Damages Bond

As part of this application, you need to provide proof of original payment.

Please note: one form is required per Lodgement and Release.

Step 1.Before you submit your application

You must provide the following documents;

  • Development Application/Complying Development Certificate/Section 138 Roads Act Approval Number
  • Final Occupation Certificate or Subdivision Certificate

Step 2.Complete the application details

Complete the required details in the online application form. 

Step 3.Review

Your application will be reviewed. As part of the review of your application, an inspection may be undertaken by a Development Engineer prior to the release of your bond.

Step 4.Processing time

Processing time can vary based on the complexity of the development.
