Use this application to request owner details of adjoining properties for:
- Dividing fences
- Adjoining trees
- Complying development neighbour notification
You must upload one of the following with your application:
- Copy of Drivers Licence
- Rates notice
Extra information regarding Fences
You will need to provide some additional details about your property with this application including the Lot, Section and DP (Deposited Plan)/SP (Strata Plan) details. You can locate this information using theNSW Planning Portal Spatial Viewer.
