A General Town Planning Enquiry refers to documented town planning advice of a generalist nature regarding a specific development proposal.

Before you proceed: Ensure all details are correct before placing an application (i.e. certificate type, legal description (Lot and DP/SP number) of the land, property address, a valid email address). This email address will be used to send you the certificate. Council is unable to issue refunds for incorrectly entered information, duplicate applications, or for change of mind.
