Endorsement of Easements, 88B Instruments, Covenants & Restrictions

Use this form for Council’s Endorsement of Plan of Easements, 88B Instruments, Covenants and Restrictions on the Use of Land that aren’t part of a subdivision certificate application to be lodged with the Council.

As part of this application, you will be required to submit: 

  • Relevant Development Consent or Complying Development Certificate 

  • Plan of Easement 

  • Section 88B Instrument 

  • Forms and associated documents for creation, deletion or modification of Positive Covenant 

  • Forms and associated documents for creation, deletion or modification of Restriction on the Use of Land

Step 2.Pay the fee

Once the application has been received, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided for payment.

Step 3.Processing Time

An Engineer will contact the applicant to book a meeting time.
