Welcome to MyInspect

You can book your civil, building and plumbing inspections by following the below process.

Wingecarribee Shire Council provides thorough civil, building and plumbing inspections to meet regulatory requirements and ensure our community stays safe.

To schedule your next inspection, there are two booking options. 

Booking options:

Online: We use Bookable as a convenient online booking system platform to schedule and pay for your MyInspect inspections. Click the button below to start. If you’re a new user, you'll need to register with the system before proceeding with your booking. Detailed instructions on how to use the booking system are available at the bottom of this page.

MyInspect Hotline: We are currently unable to guarantee a same day/next business day bookings. If you require urgent please call our MyInspect hotline at 1300 842 361 to discuss your options.

Our Development Support officers will guide you through the booking process and take payment over the phone.   

Prepayment Policy: 

To facilitate a streamlined inspection process, we have transitioned to an online booking system.  

Payment must be completed at the time of booking, ahead of the scheduled inspection date. 

By streamlining our payment system, we aim to enhance your experience with us.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 

1. I have forgotten my password

Select 'forgot password' on the MyInspect Login page and follow the prompts to reset.

You can also follow the instructions on Page 2 of the MyInspect instruction manual at the bottom of the page; ‘Logging In (Existing User)’. 

 

2. I have forgotten which email address I registered with

If you have forgotten which email address you registered with for MyInspect, please contact the Development Support Team on 1300 842 361.

 

 

3. How do I update my contact details?

Once logged in to MyInspect, select My Account at the top right of the page, then select My Details. You can update your contact details as required. 

 

4. How do I change my Inspection date?

Step 1: Log into your MyInspect account.

Step 2: Select My Account (Top right).

Step 3: Click on the existing booking link that you want to change.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up page and select the red 'edit' button.

Step 5: Edit the date as required.

Step 6: Click save at the bottom of the window.

5. MyInspect won't let me book a same day/next day inspection

We are currently unable to guarantee a same day/next business day bookings. 

It is not possible to book for the next business day (after 3pm) through the Online MyInspect Booking System. An error message will pop up in the Online Booking System for bookings requested inside 18 hours of the inspection.

Please call  the My Inspect Hotline on 1300 842 361 if your matter is urgent, or alternatively book a later date online.

6. Who can I contact for assistance with MyInspect Bookings?

You can contact the Wingecarribee Shire Council's Development Support Team on 1300 842 361 Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
