Media Policy

The Media Policy was adopted by Council on the 8 December 2021.

The objectives of this policy are to: 

  • To clearly identify Council’s authorised spokespersons
  • To promote a coordinated, professional and consistent approach to media liaison
  • To promote positive media relationships
