Our Organisation Structure - Who does what

Wingecarribee Shire Council is led by our General Manager, Lisa Miscamble. Lisa, along with the group of directors, form's Council's Executive Team.

Lisa Miscamble - General Manager

Lisa Miscamble is the General Manager of Wingecarribee Shire Council. Lisa has extensive experience in local government, most recently as General Manager at Hunter’s Hill Council as well as executive roles at Campbelltown, Camden, Canada Bay and Marrickville Councils.

Pav Kuzmanovski - Acting Director, Corporate Strategy and Resourcing

Pav has extensive Local Government experience with a strong financial background. Pav has experience in both the public and private sector and is substantively Council’s Chief Financial Officer.

Clinton McAlister - Acting Director Communities and Place

Clinton has a wealth of experience across several industries including Electrical Networks, Emergency Management and Local Government. His experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks, sustainability planning, waste management and service delivery will help guide the division to deliver on the operational plan.

Karin Targa Director Service and Project Delivery

Karin Targa is the Director Service and Project Delivery for Wingecarribee Shire Council and is responsible for assets; Shire presentation including roads, infrastructure, and building and open spaces maintenance; project delivery; and water services.
