Clinton has a wealth of experience across several industries including Electrical Networks, Emergency Management and Local Government. His experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks, sustainability planning, waste management and service delivery will help guide the division to deliver on the operational plan.
Prior to moving to the shire and joining Wingecarribee Shire Council, Clinton led key initiatives in the ACT Government including strategic waste planning, Emergency Management in the response to the 2019/20 bushfires and COVID and developing the sustainability plan for the ACT Government Emergency Services Agency which included the design and procurement of Australia’s First Plug-in Hybrid Electric Frontline fire pumper.
Clinton holds formal qualifications with a Masters of Business Administration and Degrees in Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Management Communication, and Public Sector Management.
