NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
TO WINGECARRIBEE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2010
On 18 June 2018 the NSW Department of Planning and Environment issued a Gateway Determination to progress a Planning Proposal to amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 for certain sites supported in the Wingecarribee Local Planning Strategy 2015-2031.
The sites included in this exhibition and their intended outcomes are:
• Nathan Street Berrima – Proposed amalgamation of Lots 55-60 DP 751252 into three (3) lots and, together with Lot 64 DP 751252, be included in Schedule 1 (Additional Permitted Uses) of WLEP 2010 to permit development for the purpose of a dwelling house on each lot resulting in a total potential of four (4) dwellings. File reference 5901/52
• Odessa Street Berrima - Proposed amalgamation of Lots 194 & 195, 198-200, 202-207 & 208-214 DP 751252 into four (4) lots and that the subject lots be rezoned E4 Environmental Living with a minimum lot size of 3 ha resulting in a total potential of four (4) dwellings.
These Proposals are now exhibited in accordance with the Gateway requirements and written submissions sought from the community.
EXHIBITION DATES: The Planning Proposals are on public exhibition for a period of 31 days from Wednesday 27 February to Friday 29 March 2019.
LEARN MORE: The Planning Proposals and associated documentation may be inspected at Council’s Customer Service Counter, Civic Centre, 68 Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale NSW 2577, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday during each week of the exhibition period.

posted to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141, Moss Vale NSW 2577.
All submissions must be received by Council before 4.30pm on Friday 29 March 2019 and quote file reference 5901/52.
Wingecarribee Shire Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under s.3.36 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 as have been delegated to it with regard to these Planning Proposals.
