Wingecarribee Shire Council is asking residents to view and provide comment on the draft report on the Whites Creek Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan which goes on exhibition as of Tuesday 29 October 2019.
The draft floodplain risk management study and plan contains a number of options to manage the flood risks and recommends viable options for implementation.

Submissions must be related to the study and must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Tuesday 7 January 2020.

In pursuance of Section 38B, Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Wingecarribee Shire Council proposes to close the Council Public Road Reserve. Upon closure of the road reserve, Council intends to vest the land in Council as Community Land and consolidate the newly created lots with the title for the Botanic Gardens Site.

The purpose of re-advertising is to state the persons benefited by the grant of easement.
