Environment Protection Licences

Under the Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 (Amended Act) Council is required as an Environment Protection Licence holder to publish monitoring results on its website. 


A copy of the current version of the licence can be accessed through the EPA online public register at: https://www.epa.nsw.gov.au/prpoeoapp/

NOTE:
  • The 50th percentile, means that the monitoring results must meet a certain level for only 50% of the time, not all of the time.

 

  • The 90th percentile means that the monitoring results must meet a certain level for only 90% of the time, not all of the time.

 

  • The 100th percentile, means that the monitoring results not be over a certain level all of the time.
