RRC Conditions - Sorted Loads

Updated 24/7/13

General Guidelines:

At the RRC, most products are charged by weight.

It is possible to reduce the cost of disposal by separating different waste products in your load and disposing of them separately in the required locations, however this may mean that you need to be weighed and reweighed several times.

Mixed products are always charged at the highest rate.

Sorted Loads

  • Sorting of load contents must be done before entering the RRC.

  • Any items unloaded together will stay together and be charged at the highest rate for the relevant products.

  • At no point are customers permitted to separate the contents while they are on the ground.

If a particular waste type is disclosed at the weighbridge and is found, on inspection, to be contaminated with other products, other procedures may apply. See Conditions – Rejected Loads
