Planning Proposal - 22 Parkes Road Moss Vale

THE STATUS OF PLANNING PROPOSALS PROVIDED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING MAY BE VIEWED ON THEIR WEBSITE USING THEIR LEP TRACKING SERVICE.


PURPOSE OF THE PLANNING PROPOSAL:


TO REZONE LAND AT 22 PARKES ROAD MOSS VALE FROM IN2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO R2 LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL with a minimum lot size of 700m2.     


On 23 May 2018 the NSW Department of Planning and Environment (NSWDPE) issued a Gateway Determination to progress a Planning Proposal to rezone land at 22 Parkes Road Moss Vale from IN2 Light Industrial to R2 Low Density Residential with a minimum lot size of 700m2.


EXHIBITION INFORMATION: The exhibition of the Planning Proposal ended on 10 August 2018.  A report is being prepared for Council taking into account any submissions made.

DELEGATION: Wingecarribee Shire Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under s.3.36 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 as have been delegated to it with regard to this Planning Proposal.
