THE STATUS OF PLANNING PROPOSALS PROVIDED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING MAY BE VIEWED ON THEIR WEBSITE USING THEIR LEP TRACKING SERVICE.
PURPOSE OF THE PLANNING PROPOSAL:
TO REZONE LAND AT 22 PARKES ROAD MOSS VALE FROM IN2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO R2 LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL with a minimum lot size of 700m2.
On 23 May 2018 the NSW Department of Planning and Environment (NSWDPE) issued a Gateway Determination to progress a Planning Proposal to rezone land at 22 Parkes Road Moss Vale from IN2 Light Industrial to R2 Low Density Residential with a minimum lot size of 700m2.
EXHIBITION INFORMATION: The exhibition of the Planning Proposal ended on 10 August 2018. A report is being prepared for Council taking into account submissions made.
