Every year, Wingecarribee Shire Council, with assistance from the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, offers small grants to owners of recognised heritage properties to undertake minor repairs, maintenance work and works to meet Building Code of Australia upgrades.
The grants, which are awarded on a dollar-for-dollar basis, are offered to non-government owners of:

The Grants are run each financial year.
Applications for the 2018-19 round of grants are NOW CLOSED.
The next round of funding will be offered around June 2019. If you would like to be notified when the next round of funding opens, please email email@example.com.
Applications are made and submitted using an online system called SmartyGrants. You will require a login to use this system. If you have used the SmartyGrants system for an application previously (even if it was with a different organisation), the same login can be used. If you are using this system for the first time you will need to create a login.
