Wall to Wollondilly - River Project

Late afternoon on the Wingecaribee River

The Wall to Wollondilly is a project led by Greening Australia to restore and rehabilitate the Wingecarribee River between the dam wall at Glenquarry and the confluence with the Wollondilly River.

The Wall to Wollondilly (W2W) project is working with the local community to protect and restore critical habitat for species such as the Platypus and Yellow-bellied Glider, and to improve the health of the Wingecarribee River. The project is part of the Great Eastern Ranges which brings together people and organisations to protect, link and restore healthy habitats across 3,600 kilometres of eastern Australia from Victoria to northern Queensland.

The project team is a collaboration of many interested organisations and individuals, all invested in caring for the Wingecarribee River.

They are working with the local community to protect and restore critical habitat and improve the health of the Wingecarribee River.
