Masterplan for Casburn Park, Wingello

You're invited to take a look at the masterplan which was drafted following extensive consultation with the Wingello community and stakeholders.

Background research, detailed site investigation and consultation was completed late 2020 as outlined in the draft masterplan and report considered by Council on 9 December. 

We're now seeking further feedback on the draft masterplan while it is on public exhibition.

Proposed Road Lease - Part Stockade Street, Berrima

Under Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to consider issuing a lease over part of the unformed road reserve to the adjoining landowner of 5-7 Oldbury Street, Berrima.

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the General Manager, Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577 or email mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement.

Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the issue of a Road Lease.
Please Note: If any objection is raised during the public exhibition period a final report will be taken back to Council for determination. But if no objection is received during the public exhibition period, the General Manager and Mayor have been delegated authority to finalise the Road Lease.

Bowral DCP Amendments – Conservation Controls including Aitken Road

On 25 November 2020 Council resolved to place on public exhibition proposed amendments to the Bowral Township Development Control Plan (DCP). The purpose of the amendments is to include the newly established Aitken Road Conservation Area within the existing Conservation Precinct controls in the DCP and to make an addition and some minor amendments to the existing controls.

Declaration to Accompany Planning Submissions

From 1 October 2008 the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requires the disclosure of political donations and gifts when making submissions in respect of planning matters. 

Include Form 1 with your submission, even if your answer on that form is 'no'. If your answer is 'yes', you will also need to complete and lodge Form 2 with your submission.
