Planning Agreements Policy 


Council has entered into several Voluntary Planning Agreements (VPA) with various developers under the provisions of Section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Division 1A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
