These have been replaced by a suite of DCPs, each applying to just one locality or zoning.
Each DCP generally comprises three (3) sections – Part A applies to all land, Part B applies to all Business zoned land and Part C applies to all Residential zoned land.
During 2017 Council undertook a review of some provisions with the DCPs. The current set of DCPs came into effect on 29 November 2017.

Use the table below as a guide to the most appropriate DCP for each location. The DCP will apply to the land within the nominated town or village boundary and address Residential and Business zoned land.
Land zoned RU1 Primary Production, RU2 Rural Landscape, E3 Environmental Management or SP3 Tourist is covered by the Rural lands DCP (link).
Land zoned RU4 Primary Production Small Lots or E4 Environmental Living is covered by the Rural Living DCP (link).
Land zoned IN1 General Industrial, IN2 Light Industrial or E3 Heavy Industry is covered by the Industrial Lands DCP (link). That DCP also indicates land covered by the Moss Vale Enterprise Corridor and provides a link to it.
The Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 which contains zone objectives and the zone land use table may be viewed on the NSW Legislation website.
