Council’s Operational Plan and Budget remains one of our Shire’s most important annual documents because it outlines our plan of works for the year ahead.
Within the pages of this year’s Operational Plan and Budget are all of Council’s goals and funding priorities for the next twelve months.
Detailed within the pages of this year’s document are all the road works, building repairs, bridge renewals, footpath, drainage and stormwater construction activities that Council proposes to undertake.
There are however a number of projects unique to the 2019/20 financial year which are also explained.
These include our proposal to undertake large-scale improvements to our sewage treatment plants, the upgrade of Station Street, our five-year financial commitment to assist with the operations of a Regional Art Gallery and our ongoing commitment to our award-winning Environment Levy.
We’ve listed the details to many of these frequently asked questions on the following pages.
Should you have any further questions we encourage you to contact Council either in person, via email or over the phone.
