Wingecarribee Community Services Forum (Interagency)

The Wingecarribee Community Services Forum is an information exchange for community service organisations providing services in or for the Wingecarribee Shire. 

It is a great platform for local charities, community services and not-for-profit organisations to share information about their activities and learn about the work of other groups within the community.

Forum Meetings

Meetings are held every 2-3 months with an annual Community Expo held in October. The forum meets at:

Council's Theatrette

Civic Centre, 

Elizabeth Street, 

Moss Vale

Each meeting includes a guest speaker presentation as well as in informal round-table update for all participants to introduce themselves and their organisation, followed by a morning tea. 

It is a great opportunity to meet other people working in the community sector locally, to share ideas and discuss opportunities.

If you can't attend the meetings the forum also operates an email and Facebook information sharing platform. 

Community Forum meetings are open to any organisation and individual representative. 

The meetings are held on a Tuesday morning starting at 9.30 am and finishing at approximately 11:30 am.

Share Information

In addition organisations can submit information for distribution to the database by emailing interagency@highlandscommunity.org.au indicating if they are happy for their submission to be promoted via both the public Facebook page and distribution list.

Community Services Expo

The annual Community Services Expo is an opportunity for organisations to collectively showcase their services to the public. 

The community are invited to attend to meet service providers and it is a great networking event for services.

The 2019 Expo will be held on Thursday, 10 October 2019 (venue to be confirmed).
