Wingecarribee Family Day Care is looking to increase our network of Educators in the Wingecarribee Shire to provide high quality education and care to children aged from 0-12 years from suitable home-based environments. 

We look forward to talking to you about your educator skills, including:

  •  being a warm, caring and professional person who enjoys working with young  children. 

  •  having the skills to operate your own small business.
  •  holding minimum of a Certificate III in Children’s Services (or can demonstrate you are actively working towards),
  •  recognised first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications

  •  current working with children check

Family Day Care is regulated under the Education and Care National Regulations. All Educators engaged with our Service are provided with appropriate information and training prior to being approved and then ongoing support and encouragement from qualified Coordination Unit Staff.

Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Family Day Care Service is approved under the National Quality Framework (NQF). Eligible families are entitled to Child Care Subsidy (CCS) reducing their fees and out of pocket expenses.
