The ‘Christmas art competition’ is promoted by Wingecarribee Shire Council ABN 49 546 344 354 (the “Promoter”).
Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By participating in the content each entrant agrees to abide by these conditions including eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest as determined by the Promoter and its agents are final in all aspects.
The competition is open to all people who live or work in the Wingecarribee Shire.
Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter can enter the competition and are eligible to win a prize.
Parents or carers must enter the competition on behalf of minors.
The Promoter has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
The competition commences on Thursday 31 October at 8.30 am and concludes on Friday 22 November at 4.30 pm (AEDT).
Entrants may enter via physical submission to Wingecarribee Shire Council or send a readable scan via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The entries will be judged based on: creativity, presentation, originality, and interesting and inspiring ideas, including the pretext by the Promoter.
A selection panel of three individual staff members will judge each entry and decide on the winning entry for each category.
Winners will be notified on Wednesday 27 November 2019.
The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacement in the event that first entrant(s) chosen as a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or take the prize.
Children up to 4 years of age
Children from 4 years of age to 6 years of age
Children from 7 to 12 years of age
Young adults from 13 to 17 years of age.
Winners will be invited to help light the community Christmas Tree in Bowral’s Corbett Plaza on Friday 6 December 2019.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, nor are the prizes transferable or exchangeable.
Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen.
Entries must be received by 4.30 pm (AEDT) on Friday 22 November 2019. The time of entry will be based on the time it is received by the Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Customer Service team.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to State Regulation.
The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
