Being Controlled: Craigs Rd Fire (Updated: 18 Mar 2023 00:50)

A bush fire north of Taralga (Upper Lachlan LGA) fire has burnt more than 3400ha and is being controlled by NSW RFS personnel. Wombeyan Caves Rd is closed at the eastern end at the intersection with Taralga Rd. Smoke drift may also affect Southern Highlands residents. Council advises people to check the latest advice on the Fires Near Me website, Hazards Near Me app, and the Live Traffic NSW app.
