Looking for ways to keep your young person entertained during the Spring school holidays? Wingecarribee Shire Council is keeping boredom at bay with a jam-packed program of FREE activities for teenagers and young adults (aged 12-24).

This year’s program, which runs from Monday 30 September to Friday 11 October, has something for everyone to enjoy. Highlights include:

  • Learn to Skate Workshops: Join us at the Moss Vale Skate Park for beginner lessons and mentoring from professional skaters.
  • First Nations Weaving Course: Learn traditional weaving techniques from experienced First Nations artist Pam Luke.
  • Youth Cooking Classes: Discover your culinary skills with hands-on cooking classes designed for different age groups.
  • Robotics Holiday Course: Explore the world of robotics and engineering with Snapology of Camden.

Funded by the State Government Office for Regional Youth, the Spring Holiday Program is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills, have fun, and build positive social connections.

Wingecarribee Out of School Hours (WOOSH) Vacation Care also offers a fun and engaging program for younger children. Located at Mittagong Public School Hall, Bessemer Street Entrance, Mittagong, WOOSH provides a safe and supportive environment for children aged 5-12 to explore their interests and make new friends. The program includes a variety of activities, such as art, craft, sports, and outings.
